Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging graphics for various marketing materials. Responsibilities: - Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, and advertisements - Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts - Use market research and trends to create innovative and eye-catching designs - Ensure brand consistency across all design projects - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs - Conduct color management and ensure accurate color reproduction in all design materials - Create and edit logos using Adobe Illustrator or similar software - Utilize strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs - Sketch initial design ideas and present them for approval - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in graphic design software Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus - Strong understanding of CSS and web design principles - Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes is a plus - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team - Strong communication skills to effectively present design concepts and incorporate feedback We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
